Walking Hockey

Walking hockey is growing in popularity as a sport for those who are looking to keep active but had to call it a day due to injury or other reasons. It’s also perfect for anyone looking for a social and less physically demanding way to get active, no matter your age or skill level!

Walking Hockey sessions are a popular pastime at Epsom Hockey Club.

As well as the health benefits, a walking hockey session is a great way to meet new people, socialise, build confidence and take part in a team sport.

Since its inception in 2018, walking hockey at Epsom Hockey Club has proved very popular with plenty of regular attendees. We welcome new members at any time of year. Get in touch!

Walking Hockey @ Home

During 2020 our members were kept busy at home thanks to a series of drills and skills provided by Barry. These are available on our YouTube channel for anyone who is unable to make it to the pitch.

To watch the episodes simply click through here (opens in a new tab). We would of course like to see you at the pitch where possible!
