We have received four tenders for the new clubhouse at Old Schools Lane. WT Partnership are our Project Managers and we are working with them and Abbeyfield Southern Oaks (our landlords) to review and analyse them. As part of the process we will be asking for Value Engineering proposals – i.e. suggestions to reduce costs.
Our current timetable plans for a contract signature by the end of May and work to start around the beginning of July.
HOWEVER, we still need around £350,000 to ensure that we can complete the build. We have recently launched a new sponsorship package which gives various sponsorship opportunities.
